Teflon (PTFE) Gaskets and O-Rings represent the ultimate solution for applications requiring absolute chemical inertness, wide temperature stability (-200°C to +260°C), and low friction performance. Teflon is immune to almost all industrial acids, organic solvents, and caustic chemical washdowns, making it the material of choice for cryogenic pipelines, chemical process columns, and sterile food or pharmaceutical piping.

Because virgin PTFE can experience cold flow (creep) under heavy loads, we supply specialized filled compounds—including glass-filled, carbon-filled, and bronze-filled Teflon. These fillers dramatically improve wear resistance, mechanical strength, and pressure limits while maintaining the outstanding chemical immunity of the fluoropolymer.
